1) have we determied our internet sight?
2) HOW MUCH ARE DUES GOING UP TO PAY FOR THIS?
3) What is the party plans for next year? And how much EXTRA cash per week needs to be set aside?
4) We need our internet sight set up to see how our present rules would be affected!!!
5) Who are the sel8 new officers?
6) Are we STILL the same SEL8?? ( OWNERS )??

Not wanting to bust on you but, if you read earlier post some of your questions would be answered and concerns addressed.
I'll attempt to address the status of each 1. Yes we have 2. Your statement is premature. ( I never liked that word) 3. To be determined 4. Agree and I am going to work on that issue. 5. You will be elected Bean counter in May. (Thanks for volunteering) 6. Yes

1) I know that! And I love the sight! Just checking if there were WHAFFLERS! 2) I do NOT like the word EITHER! But I was putting the forum for discussion out there, costs need to be addressed. 3) Opening the forum for discussion. 4) the cost is good ( 110.00$ ) we are ALL only looking for how to pay for it. Dues 1$ extra a week?? Left overs for the year end, or for weekly payout? 5) REDTIDE (CREDIT MANAGER ) VOTES?? 6) GOOD !!! Questions answered!! 7) We Need SEL8 feed back!! The Red Tide is correct. We need to begin discussing the issues that will be brought up at the rules meeting now, rather than wait until May. Exchanging views on these subjects will expedite the process. Everyone should take the opportunity to voice their opinions on anything they think is prevalent. But, please be constructive with your comments. If you don't agree with something, offer an alternative that might work. I want to believe that the eight of us are too smart to keep butting heads on every issue.

It wouldn't bother me to see the dues raised. I've said this before. The votes are probably there, but such a raise in might bring an exodus of at least 2 owners. That's not what we want, so let's look at other options. For example:
If the weekly winner got 35 credits instead of 40, the cost of the internet may be met. That leaves it as 5 x 17=85 for the league. Hmmm! Sounds like this is a little short but almost there. However, this is not my official opinion, just a thought. Let's stay within the framework of the current 15 weekly credits and go from there. It's not that inflammatory.
I surely don't want the dues issue to submarine the very worthwhile effort to make SEL8 life easier for all involved by adding the internet manager. This should be our primary goal. Do you not agree?

On the other hand, it's not right to be held hostage by the minority. It's like the needs of the few outweigh the desires of the many. I'm all for raising the dues, if feasible. Make no mistake on this. The Rebels will not be driving next year, so we better come up with another plan. I don't want to cut into the party money or lessen the payout at the end of the year. There needs to be compromise from ALL owners.

I am TOTALLY against chaceing off members because of credits.
I like your solution for the leauge manager sight for THIS SEASON ONLY!!! Just like everything else in the USA prices are going UP in COSTS not DOWN!! Or core credit number needs to stay the same!! NOT keep on widling it away!! To cover the cost of other things we decide to do!!
So for the 2009-2010 sel owners need to be ready for a credit increase from 15 to 21.50 to restore what has allready bin put in place. A vote will need to be put out there this season!! This will be a rule I will present this year at the RATZ crib!!
80% of us would like to expand our after season ADVENTURES. I would like to sugest a 2 credit a week per owner set aside for next years ADVENTURE!! (372 credit gained) I will present this at the RATZ crib for the 2008-2009 season!
I am NOT thinking of the murders employees to take over for the Rebles van rental and driving us around!! We need to reuse the van cash for a percentage of our plane flight costs or room costs or what ever we deside to do!!
Tigers, I think we have a solution for this year on our new costs. But we all need to realize that we can NO longer take credit out of the weekly till. The FANTASY angle will be taken away!! I am still in favor of a 70 credit distribution for the weekly winner!! And so are 80% of us.

And so are 80% of us. Redtide you need to rethink your pole # at most 50% want to expand the year end party and you are probably all by your self on the credit distribution.
